All books are printed "on demand", through our printers, based in the USA and UK.
It can take up to 2-4 business days for the printing of your book(s) to take place, and all books should be delivered to you in 5-10 business days (excluding public holidays) after printing.
So, you should receive your books within 7-14 business days of placing your order. Allow additional days for delivery during Holidays.
You will receive an email once your books have been printed and are on their way to you.
Our printers will always try to send multiple books in the same package wherever possible. Our Activity Books are also available for purchase on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Walmart.
*Discounted bulk orders are excluded.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. To change or update your address, contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change prior to shipping.
If your order has been shipped, the only thing we can do is wait to see if your package is returned to us. If it does get returned, we will then ship it to the correct address.
Replacements and returns

Ensuring your complete satisfaction is a top priority for us. Please inspect your books upon delivery, and contact us if they are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong book, so that we can make it right. To support this commitment, we offer a 10-day Replacement Policy. Should you find any book damaged or faulty upon arrival, we guarantee a replacement. Our policy is active from the moment you receive your book, allowing you 10 days to evaluate your purchase.
Initiating a replacement is straightforward. Simply contact us with 'Replacement' as the subject line. In your email, please include your order number, your name, and a brief explanation for the replacement.
