As per our Store policy, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our paperback or spiral bound books.

Please inspect your book order upon delivery and contact us if any books are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong book. We will replace them immediately.

PDF Activity Books

Our PDF Activity Books are digital downloads and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Since they are delivered instantly to your email and cannot be removed from your email or computer, all sales are final.

Wrong email or physical address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure you correctly enter your address details at checkout. If you want to change your email or postal address, contact us as soon as you place your order and we'll update your address details.
