Lesson 1: The Call of Gideon
Introduces the time of the judges, the twelve tribes of Israel, Israel’s oppression by the Midianites, and God’s call to Gideon. Students explore how God chose Gideon, even though he felt weak and unsure, and how God promised to be with him.

Lesson 2: Gideon Destroys the Altar of Baal
Explores God’s command to tear down the altar of Baal and cut down the Asherah pole. Students learn how Gideon obeyed God, even when he was afraid.

Lesson 3: Sign of the Fleece
Examines Gideon asking God for signs using the fleece. Students discover how Gideon sought confirmation from God and how Godreassured him of His plan.

Lesson 4: Gideon’s 300 Men
Focuses on how God reduced Gideon’s army from thousands to just 300 men. Students learn that victory comes from trusting God, not from human strength or numbers.

Lesson 5: Midian is Defeated
Follows Gideon’s victory over the Midianites using shofars, jars, and torches. Students explore how God delivered Israel and how Gideon’s obedience led to peace in the land.
