When you purchase books on our Website, the books will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Digital downloads (PDFs): Delivered instantly by an email from SendOwl. These will be delivered to the email address on record with Shopify. Please check this email address as well as your spam filter if you do not receive the SendOwl email within three minutes.

Print books: Printing and dispatching your paperback or spiral bound books takes 4 business days, and delivery occurs approximately 10 business days after dispatch (excluding public holidays). You should receive your books within 14 business days of placing your order, depending on your location. Please allow additional days for delivery during holidays or major weather events.

Once your books are printed and are on their way to you, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be aware that international deliveries (outside the US or UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes. These import duties are not included in the shipping fee, and may need to be paid for by the customer.

Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. To change or update your address, contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change prior to shipping.

If your order has been shipped, the only thing we can do is wait to see if your package is returned to us. If it does get returned, we will then ship it to the correct address.

Replacements and returns

Please inspect your paperback or spiral bound books upon delivery and contact us if your books are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong book. We offer a 100% refund or replacement.

If you would like to return a paperback or spiral bound book purchased through our website, contact us within 10 days of receiving your books. Please specify your order number and describe the issue so we can do our best to fix it for next time. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address. Once we receive your books, we’ll inspect them and send you a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.

Please note that we can only accept books for return that are unused, meaning the books and book covers are unmarked. If the books are used, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return and cannot issue a refund.
