All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to production and shipment as soon as they are placed. Printing your book takes 2-4 business days, and delivery occurs 5-10 business days after printing (excluding public holidays).
You should receive your books within 7-10 business days of placing your order. Please allow additional days for delivery during holidays or major weather events.
You will receive an email once your books have been printed and are on their way to you. Please be aware that international deliveries (outside the US or UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes. These import duties are not included in the shipping fee, and may need to be paid for by the customer.
Our Activity Books are also available for purchase on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Walmart.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. To change or update your address, contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change prior to shipping.
If your order has been shipped, the only thing we can do is wait to see if your package is returned to us. If it does get returned, we will then ship it to the correct address.
Replacements and returns
Please inspect your paperback order upon delivery and contact us if your books are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong book. We offer a 100% refund or replacement.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Bible Pathway Adventures paperback order, we believe refunds and returns should be easy and hassle-free. If you would like to return a paperback book purchased through our website, contact us within 10 days of receiving your books. Please specify your order number and describe the issue so we can do our best to fix it for next time. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address. Once we receive your books, we’ll inspect them and send you a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.
Please note that we can only accept books for return that are unused, meaning the books and book covers are unmarked. If the books are used, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return and cannot issue a refund.
