All orders are printed, processed, and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bible Pathway Adventures® is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Digital Products
Digital PDF products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping times. Download links are provided immediately after purchase. Please check this email address as well as your spam filter if you do not receive the email within three minutes.
REPLACEMENTS and RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where books arrive defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your paperback or spiral-bound books upon delivery and contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if your books are defective or damaged, or you received the wrong book.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, and a description and photo of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement book, or a 100% refund.
If a return is required, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Once the returned books are received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your replacement or refund.
Please note: We can only accept returns for books that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returned books must be unused and unmarked. We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or used books.
Digital PDF products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital delivery.
